Pricing questions

Is there a contract?

No long-term contract. Subscriptions are billed monthly for the plan you choose and can be changed or cancelled at any time from the Clinic Portal.

Can I change plans later?

Yes. You can upgrade whenever your clinic grows, for example to add practitioners, team users or more locations.

How does setup work?

Register your clinic and we will set up your workspace. You then add your branches and opening hours, invite your team and assign roles, and start booking.

Can I move from Fresha, Pabau, Phorest or Timely?

Yes, you can switch from your current system. What can be brought across depends on what your current provider lets you export, so talk to us before you move and we will confirm it with you. Our migration guide explains how to prepare.
